30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare may only be returned if it arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at bellabairich@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with simple instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
